George R. Walker III has devoted more than two decades to the growth and stewardship of multifamily management, development, and construction. Since joining Heritage Properties in 2000, he has helped guide the company’s expansion to more than 40 communities across seven states, shaping Heritage into a respected regional leader known for thoughtful design and a resident-first approach. A licensed broker with a hands-on approach, George is closely involved in reinvesting in Heritage communities: upgrading interiors, improving amenities, and modernizing existing properties to keep them competitive and comfortable for residents. He previously served as President of the Mississippi Multifamily Council, a division of the National Association of Home Builders, and remains active in the industry. George continues to lead Heritage with a focus on sustainable growth, meaningful reinvestment, and communities built to thrive for generations. George R. Caroline Reed supports Heritage’s development efforts by assisting with overall coordination across the portfolio. In her role, she manages coordination for properties undergoing renovations, assists with site acquisitions and site plan preparation, and provides owner representation throughout development processes. Caroline is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where she studied Real Estate. She holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation and is a member of the Junior League of Jackson. Her background combines operational coordination with development support to ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, and their children, Elizabeth and George. -

Andrew LoCicero is a member of Heritage Properties’ Development Team, where he leads the design process for multifamily construction projects from concept through design development and delivery. He brings a strategic eye for identifying emerging multifamily markets with strong growth potential and supports value-add initiatives across Heritage’s expanding national portfolio. In addition to development oversight, Andrew works closely with the finance team to evaluate new multifamily investment opportunities. His responsibilities include due diligence, risk assessment, and financial evaluation to determine the viability of acquisitions and development projects. He also supports long-term strategic planning and growth initiatives for the multifamily residential division and is well-versed in capital markets and financing structures, including HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bridge loans, and CMBS. Andrew is a licensed REALTOR® in both Mississippi and Florida and brings experience in residential and commercial acquisitions, financing, site selection, disposition, and asset management. He is also a partner in his family’s company, Be On The Coast Real Estate, based in Northwest Florida, which specializes in investment property sales and acquisitions, asset management, 1031 exchanges, and debt placement across coastal markets from 30A to Pensacola. He played a key role in expanding the firm’s capital investment and leasing services across industrial, office, retail, and hospitality sectors. Andrew holds degrees from The University of Mississippi in Finance, Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship. He is actively involved with several professional and alumni organizations, including the Ole Miss Alumni Association, Emerald Coast Ole Miss Rebel Club, Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Mississippi Association of REALTORS®, and the FWB Touchdown Club. Laura Polk brings 23 years of experience in the multifamily industry and has been an integral part of the Heritage team since 2006. She began her career as an Assistant Manager and advanced into corporate leadership, where she is known for her strong communication skills, operational insight, and steady leadership approach. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Laura conducts internal audits, provides ongoing Yardi training and seminars, and supports asset management across the portfolio. She plays a key role in ensuring operational consistency, performance accountability, and continued growth throughout the organization. Laura attended Hinds Community College, where she served as President of the Hinds Hi-Steppers, and later earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi College. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Mississippi and holds the Certified Property Manager designation. Laura is also actively involved in multifamily industry training and the Hinds Hi-Stepper Alumni Chapter. Craig Howard Kirkland is a licensed real estate broker and Certified Property Manager (CPM) with more than 16 years of experience at Heritage Properties. His background includes roles as a Construction Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator, and Quality Assurance provider, giving him a broad operational perspective and a strong foundation in leadership. Kenny joined Heritage in 2006 and currently oversees all maintenance operations across the portfolio. He is committed to developing strong teams through ongoing training and educational seminars, with a focus on operational excellence, consistency, and long-term asset care. His leadership style and positive approach have earned him multiple recognitions, including Employee of the Year in 2009. Kenny holds numerous professional certifications, including HVAC/R certifications 608 and 609, IICRC-WRT, ASD, Mold Assessment and Mold Remediation Contractor certifications, Certified Pool Operator, and Mississippi Certified Renovator. He has also been associated with several industry organizations, including UTA, ATA, USTF, and UTF. Outside of work, Kenny holds a fourth-degree black belt in Taekwondo and enjoys hunting and fishing. -
