<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>George R. Walker, III is a broker who has dedicated the past 20 years to home building and multifamily management/development. George has been a property management leader with Heritage Properties, Inc. since October 2000 and is the past president of the Mississippi Multifamily Council, a division of the National Association of Home Builders. His vision continues to drive Heritage's growth and the team to excellence.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Caroline Reed assists the management team with overall coordination of management. She is responsible for the coordination of properties undergoing renovations, assists with site acquisitions, site plan preparations, and owner representation. Caroline graduated from the University of Mississippi where she studied Real Estate. She is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and a member of the Junior League of Jackson. Caroline and her husband Daniel are proud parents of their daughter, Elizabeth. They reside in Jackson, Mississippi. </p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Laura Polk has 23 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She began her career as an assistant manager and worked her way up to corporate trainer. She has been an intricate part of our team since 2006 and continually exhibits great leadership and communication skills. She currently conducts internal audits, provides ongoing Yardi seminars, and works as a asset manager. </p> <p>Laura attended Hinds Community College, where she was the President of Hinds Hi Steppers. She later received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Mississippi College and is currently a licensed Real Estate Agent for the State of MS. She also currenlty holds her Certified Property Manager designation, conducts trainings in the multifamily industry, and is actively involved with the Hinds Hi Stepper Alumni Chapter.</p> <p>Laura is married with one stepson and enjoys spending time with her family, Nascar, the beach, and being outdoors.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Mark aids in finance and investment for the portfolio. His 30 years of experience started in the real estate appraisal and brokerage business joining in 2009 with a focus on valuation and returns. He coordinates finance, acquisitions, and new developments.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Laurie Farris has 35 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She began her career as a leasing consultant and transitioned through the ranks of the apartment industry as Assistant Manager, Property Manager, Area Manager, Area Vice President, Director of Operations and Regional Asset Manager, and now Director of Revenue Management.</p> <p>Laurie’s experience includes working for some of the nation’s largest Property Management and Real Estate investment companies including, MAAC, Bell Partner, RAM Partners, and was recently the Director of Operations over a resort which included Apartments, HOA condo association, Vacation Rentals, Golf course and two restaurants. Laurie received her Real Estate License in 1991 and her CPM designation in 2006. She is a Lyceum graduate for the NAA and served as a Delegate for the State of Mississippi. Laurie specializes in training, leasing, and community management across a variety of asset classes. </p> <p>Laurie loves to travel, play golf, spend time with her family.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Kevin Hodges has been in the Multifamily Housing Industry since 1994 beginning as an On-Site leasing associate. Since that time Kevin has transitioned through the ranks of the Apartment Industry as Assistant Manager, Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, Director of Operations and other positions to now the Vice President of Operations for Heritage Properties, Inc. </p> <p>Kevin's experience includes working with some of the Nation's largest Property Management and Real Estate Investment companies including, Summit Properties, Trammel Crow Residential, RAM Partners, Focus Development and more. His experience includes also working with Institutional Investors and partners such as Met Life Insurance Company, Ohio Teachers Retirement Fund, GE, RAIT Financial Trust, Avison Young and more. Kevin has overseen assets ranging from AAA quality product to D quality product in all aspects of construction, rehabilitation, lease up and stabilization. Kevin has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association and is a past President of the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders - Multifamily Council and is currently on the board for the Mississippi Apartment Association.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Courtney Stark began her career in the multifamily industry in 2008 as a leasing professional with Heritage Properties. Since then she has gained extensive onsite experience as a property manager and has worked her way up to regional manager. Courtney believes providing superior customer service, strong company values, and creating a sense of community help develop an excellent resident experience. She has been involved with three community renovations and was successful in keeping and maintaining a higher occupancy with rental increases.</p> <p>Courtney graduated from Mississippi College with a Bachelors in Marketing. She also currently holds her Certified Property Manager certification and is an active member of IREM and the Mississippi Apartment Association. She is the Chair for the Mississippi Apartment Association Educational Committee and believes that education is a key factor in the success of her team. She was also recognized as the Regional Property Manager of the Year by the Mississippi Apartment Association in 2017.</p> <p>Courtney is married with two daughters and enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and traveling.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Danielle Waite has 22 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She began her career as a leasing consultant prior to joining the military. After serving in the U.S Air Force for 7 years, she returned to the multifamily industry as a property manager and quickly worked her way up to a regional manager. Her prior role was with LMS Real Estate Management where Danielle's expertise in new acquisitions resulted in rent growth that surpassed pro forma and added value to multiple assets. </p> <p>Danielle recently became a part of the Heritage team and is overseeing the Hattiesburg and MS/AL coastal areas. She is committed to increasing the value of the portfolio and streamlining the day to day operations. </p> <p>Danielle earned her associates degree while serving in the U.S. Air Force and graduated with a 4.0 average. She later went on to graduate from the University of Southern MS with highest honors where she studied education and psychology. </p> <p>Danielle and her husband Cody are proud parents of four children and currently reside in Gulfport, MS where they enjoy spending time together on the golf course. </p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Tiffany has over ten (10) years of experience in multi-family management of each bank accounts associated with the portfolio. Tiffany is also responsible for all subcontractors’ contracting, purchasing, and the preparation of draw requests for renovation projects.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Diana Winford started her career in the banking industry working in numerous roles including community reinvestment. While working in that industry she gained valuable customer service, community outreach, and nonprofit experience. She believes that a positive attitude and hard work can steer your overall success while consistently looking for professional and personal growth.</p> <p>Diana recently became a part of the Heritage team and is currently working with all team members to provide operational support and assist in various other roles. She is currently overseeing all operations with our RentCafe' software and provides a vital foundation for our team.</p> <p>Diana has a Business Administration Degree from Belhaven University and is bilingual in English/Spanish. She lives in Madison, MS and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Michelle Ford started in the multifamily industry in 2001 as a leasing professional. Since then she has gained extensive onsite experience managing properties and working as a Marketing Director. She worked on the vendor side as a Regional Sales Executive where she consulted with different management companies throughout Mississippi regarding advertising and marketing decisions. </p> <p>Michelle oversees all marketing and public relation operations. Since she has joined our team, we have developed the Heritage App, implemented lead tracking/management software, and redesigned all of our websites. She is committed to providing ongoing seminars to inspire and work with our onsite teams.</p> <p>Michelle graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University where she studied Science/Marketing. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Mississippi, Secretary for the Gulf Coast division of the Mississippi Multifamily Council, and the Community Outreach Chairman for the Greater Gulf Coast Apartment Association where she was recognized as the 2014 “Member of the Year”.</p> <p>Michelle and her husband Curtis are proud parents of two children, Thompson and Britton. They currently reside in Biloxi, MS where they enjoy spending time together outdoors.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p> Steven Irby started with Heritage Properties Inc. in July of 2020 as a Marketing Assistant. Since then, he has assisted with executing corporate marketing strategies including SEO optimization, social media posting, and website management. He has also assisted with conducting internal audits for each of our properties. Steven graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications and currently resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife Caroline.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Kenny Pittman has over 35 years of maintenance experience and has been working in the multifamily industry since 1999. He has experience as a construction coordinator, maintenance coordinator, and quality insurance provider. He obtains strong leadership skills and a positive attitude that is infectious among his colleagues which has led him to numerous awards including being the employee of the year in 2009. Kenny joined our team in 2006 and currently overseas all of the maintenance operations for Heritage Properties. He is committed to providing ongoing seminars to educate and inspire his team. His diverse knowledge and experience, positive attitude, and attention to detail have brought great value to the company and his colleagues. Kenny obtains his HVAC/R certifications including 608 and 609, IICRC-WRT, and ASD. He also holds a Mold Assessment Certification, Mold Remediation Contractor Certification, is a Certified Pool Operator, and a MS Certified Renovator. He has been associated with the UTA, ATA, USTF, and UTF. Kenny has a 4th degree black belt in taekwondo and enjoys hunting or fishing in his spare time.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Gary Walker brings to Heritage over 40 years of experience from all aspects of the construction industry. His in-depth experience in single family, mid-rise multifamily and commercial projects from conceptual design, site development, construction, and project management has made him a valuable asset for our company. With over 25 years devoted to the multi-family industry, Mr. Walker has overseen construction projects overlooking P.G.A. designed golf courses in Florida to three story apartment complexes built over a two story mall in Texas.</p> <p>Mr. Walker has served different companies over the years as Vice President, Construction Director, and Project Manager with a strong emphasis on construction timeline and unit cost. He holds a Florida General Contractor License, Florida Real Estate License, and through completion of the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agency exam (NASCLA), he has reciprocity in other states.</p> <p>Mr. Walker became a part of the Heritage team in 2011 and continues to bring tremendous value to the Heritage portfolio.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Corey Thames began his construction career in 1995 with experiences in both residential and commercial building. He joined the Heritage multi-family construction team October 2004 and has since been involved with completing over 3,000 newly constructed units, rebuilding after Hurricane Katrina, and managed the renovation of over 1,000 occupied units.</p> <p>Corey is actively involved with all aspects of the construction process from project conception, developmental planning, budgeting, construction management and final completion. He interfaces with owners, developers, property management, architects, engineers, government authorities, general contractors, sub-contractors and vendors. His work has continues to bring value to the residents helping to make Heritage the premier choice of multi-family communities.</p> <p>In 2002 Corey earned a Bachelor of Business Admiration degree from Belhaven University. He is the qualifying agent for Apartment Construction Specialist, LLC and licensed to perform building construction in the states of Mississippi and Louisiana.</p> <p>Corey has two sons and enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, boating, golfing and traveling.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Craig Howard is a licensed real estate broker and holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. He works with the investment and development team to insure maximum property value though refinance, rehab, acquisition and development projects. He also serves as the supervisor for Heritage Properties Green Properties. </p> <p>Craig Howard Kirkland graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2015 with degrees in Real Estate, Managerial Finance, and Marketing.</p> <p>Craig Howard has been working for Heritage Properties since 2009. He began as a ground maintenance team member and continued to gain experience in property management with a position as a leasing agent in the Jackson metro area. His skills were further strengthened when he interned at the corporate office performing tasks in the finance department.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Roy has 25 years of experience in the field of landscape architecture and design. During his career he has worked on a wide variety of projects including site planning and design for corporate, municipal, and private entities, while managing his own firm for over 20 years. Prior to 2012, he spent the last 10 years, primarily, as a design consultant for Heritage Properties. He was asked to join the team full time in 2012. </p> <p>Roy brings to the company a unique and creative vision for designing outdoor spaces and amenities that appeal to residents looking for a safe and enjoyable quality of life in one of the many upscale apartment communities that Heritage Properties has to offer. Colorful, playful spaces, and friendly pedestrian circulation are his prime targets for creating an inviting environment that has helped attract residents to the Heritage Properties lifestyle. </p> <p>Roy is a 1989 graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. He is a Member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. His hobbies include backpacking and oil painting in the Old Master style of Chiaroscuro. Roy lives in Madison, MS with his wife Dawn. They have two children, Matthew, a student at the University of Chicago, and Brennan, who will be attending Texas Christian University this fall. He and his family attend Bellwether Church in Jackson, MS.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>As a member of Heritage Properties' Development Team, LoCicero leads the Design Process on multi-family construction projects, from the conceptual phase, to design development, and delivery. LoCicero has a keen eye for identifying emerging multifamily markets destined for impressive growth. He also assists with value add options on current holdings, while monitoring the development and preservation of Heritage's dynamic and growing multi-family portfolio, located throughout the United States.</p> <p>Additionally, LoCicero works closely with Heritage Properties' Finance team, identifying new multi-family investment opportunities, performing the due diligence on potential projects, risk management and evaluations, to make recommendations of the viability of new acquisitions. His goal is to ensure high levels of resident, investor, and associate satisfaction, through a focus on continuous improvement and implementation of best practices. In addition, LoCicero and his team are responsible for assisting with the continued strategic planning and growth of the multi-family residential division. He is knowledgeable with capital markets and products such as HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bridge Loans and CMBS.</p> <p>As a licensed REALTOR® in both Mississippi and Florida, LoCicero has gained experience in residential and commercial acquisitions, financing, site selection, disposition and management. He is a partner in his family's company, Be On The Coast Real Estate, located in Northwest Florida, which specializes in investment property sales and acquisitions, asset management, 1031 Tax Exchanges and placing debt on hard assets, from 30A to Destin, over to Pensacola and every beach town in between. He spearheaded expanding the firm's capital investment property and leasing solutions reach within the industrial, office, retail, and hospitality sectors. </p> <p>LoCicero holds degrees from The University of Mississippi in Finance, Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. He is a member of the Ole Miss Alumni Association, an officer of the Emerald Coast Ole Miss Rebel Club, Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS®, The National Association of REALTORS®, Mississippi Association of REALTORS®, and the FWB Touchdown Club.</p> <p>When not in the field or office spearheading projects the Jackson, Mississippi resident can be found deep in the woods of Mississippi hunting with his fiance', Ann Elizabeth, and Labrador Retriever, Red, or in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico fishing.</p> </div>

She has experience in property management, construction, and development. Being a former controller, she has brought unique experience and depth to her current role of increasing profitability of our portfolio. Tami has been with Heritage Properties since 2014.</p> </div>

<div class="biography-wrapper"> <p>Gene Dalhart started his career in moving household goods and then worked offshore as a crane operator. He later worked and retired as a Mississippi State Trooper. It was during his years as a State Trooper that he became a Qualified Fire Arms Instructor and received highest qualification/high masters with the MS Highway Patrol Pistol Team for being a perfect shot.</p> <p>Gene became a part of the Heritage Team in 2012 and currently oversees all pressure washing operations portfolio wide. Since he started with Heritage, he has expanded his team to five individuals while gaining knowledge and experience along way. His strong work ethics and commitment to the company has brought Heritage Properties tremendous value.</p> <p>In 2009, Gene received a Lifesaving award and was recognized as Troop C Trooper of the year for saving a women's life after a near fatal heart attack. He and his wife, Nan, are proud parents of three children, 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandson. They enjoy spending time with their family and hunting at their home Utica, MS.</p> </div>
